To my fellow workers in God’s Vineyard.

Lately, I have been disturbed at the thought of handing over the position God has given me in an association to another.
I was worried about these unique people’s ability to take care of the people God has once made me a shepherd to. But His word would always silence such thoughts; These people are Mine and I am the only One who could decide who's right to lead My own flock.
Then, a sad thought came to mind, why didn’t God choose me again ?
I mean, I wanted that high position - (no position is actually higher than the other, the difference between two position is the authority they command, which is to bring about orderliness and the different role they play to achieve a common goal)
I believed that being in that position is a promotion, the other position I was given was a demotion 🌝.
I desired that high position so much that when I wasn't given, I began to believe God loved the other person He chose for that position more than He loves me, He favored him or her more 🥺🤧.
But here's the answer God gave His child, He said,
And this confirms the saying, ‘One sows the seed and another reaps the harvest.’ I have sent you out to harvest a field that you haven’t planted, where many others have labored long and hard before you. And now you are privileged to profit from their labors and reap the harvest .”
John 4:37-38 TPT
The fact that I was chosen by God to fill a position in order to serve His people is a privilege.
The aim of being in a position is not to meet the expectation of people's opinions of success, but to use the influence God gives to reveal Jesus to men.
All must be done to the glory of God!
So, as I’m handing over to those unique leaders among whom by God’s grace I still dey there 😂, I choose to honor the past leaders who had faithfully served their generation in their tenure , they have sown good seeds which God has blessed to grow in my hands, I have only been passed a baton, now I’m ready and willing to pass the baton to these next leaders in hope that they would reap a bountiful harvest.
Welcome to God’s Vineyard Beloved 🥰!
Where we are all indeed His co-workers ❤️.
